I loved this class! Hannah was great at explaining each step. She was great at evoking your own creativity and was inspiring all around. I took the class to break down and out of these creative blocks I have been experiencing around art and it helped quite a bit. I highly recommend anyone to take this class to open up the creative juices :)

I loved this class and Hannah Bunzey, the instructor. So fun! I liked how she went into how to start using stream of consciousness, imagination, and intuition. Hannah made the process easy by going step by step within each of the layers. I watched the class 3 times because it is so enjoyable. This inspired me to create more art with alcohol markers. As a kid I loved markers and still do!! I would love more classes with Hannah Bunzey on how to take this art form to another level!!

As she mentioned in her conclusion, I have learned a new way of doing my art, currently I am messy on how to create my art, but her process has given me a better idea on how to be organized as well as how to improve my composition considering this new process. She is really nice an clear on her explanations and instructions. Even she can explain her creativity process, which I liked a lot.

I was already following some other basic figure drawing instructors, including a very well known one, but still struggling to get the forms to gel together convincingly - especially around the junction of thighs/hips/torso. Rodgon's instruction took a different approach to the fundamental forms which really unlocked my understanding of how the body fits together and I saw an immediate improvement in the believability of my figures. And it didn't stop there - this course is pretty comprehensive and full of really useful tips around figure construction. Rodgon's lessons are clear and broken down to show things at their most basic/fundamental level and then levelled up from there and he shows how everything is achieveable to even the rawest beginner. I would definitely recomment this course to anyone looking to get to grips with figure drawing.

It's the best drawing course i've ever took, it changed the whole way i look at human figure, and finally it seams reachable. The clases are simple, smart and deliveried with such kindness. Rodgon is a terrific teacher, I'm really glad I took this course.

I started this course as a total amateur drawer. I've always wanted to draw but I thought I wasn't talented at all. Everytime I tried I failed and I got frustrated. I saw people drawing and I felt so jealous of them. In this course, I've learnt everybody can draw if they give it a try. Mark is an excellent teacher. All the explanations are clearly developed and the rythm of the course is perfect. I recommend this course to anybody but especially those, like me, who think they can't draw or that drawing is only for talented people.

I really enjoyed this course! I loved this picture, and I learned a lot about the process that goes into creating such a great illustration. I do regret a little that we didn’t get those 3–4 brushes that were used during the course, but apart from that, I received a very clear and detailed explanation of why each decision was made at each step. So I can definitely recommend it to everyone, and thank you! :)

This course gave me a good introduction to anatomy and helped me with the proportions of human bodies. Rodgon is a really great teacher, he makes everything so approachable. I may be a bit addicted to drawing swooshies!

Great course to start if you don't have a lot of idea on how to draw. At least that help me a lot with first season. I have already taken both seasons from Mark's courses, both I have enjoyed, gain practice and have a better idea on how to shadow, improved my composition considering the 12 words of renaissance and enjoyed better my process on drawing.

I want to thank you for the amazing experience I got from this course. It was great. I had so much fun and really improved my skills. Mr Mark Kistler is a wonderful teacher and it really looks like he loves teaching. All the comments were very encouraging and I loved the way they made me want to practise even more and more. I couldn't wait to have another lesson and another and another :) I love going through my drawings and seeing all the work. I really recommend this course and I'm going to take the part 2 right away. I really enjoyed this short course on designing superheroes! It’s fast-paced, full of useful tips on how to add more dynamism and create engaging characters. I especially loved being able to observe the process directly from such a legend — it made the learning experience inspiring and fun. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge!

I found this course very helpful, even if I don't consider myself as absolute beginner. The drawing examples are very inspirational and give you a lot of material you can use in your own drawings. Recommended!

Absolutely loved this course. Lighting and the subsequent colour changes for differing light sources has always been a tricky subject to grasp for me from an artist perspective. This has been truly inspiring in that it's been a very detailed look at all aspects of the scene and great that it's the same image that has been used throughout. I can definitely use this across all of my art both hand drawn and digital. So happy I found this. Aveline's enthusiasm and passion for her work really comes across which is an added bonus and made the content so much more interesting and engaging.

Fantastic course, I've become a big fan of Mark after doing this course with him, he is a fun enthusiastic teacher and i would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to draw. Please get him to do a more advanced drawing course!

Brilliant. A well paced course with clear instruction, a broad range of skills coaching and non-intimidating examples. Good instruction on the use of the software and a teacher who is easy to listen to . Thank you
