Finally! A course that is advertised for "Absolute Beginners" and it actually is! The course gets you drawing and feeling confident right of the bat. Simple steps are presented clearly and each lesson builds on the previous one. It makes drawing as simple and fun as it can be.

Of all the drawing tutorials I had watched at the time I tried this one, it was the first that was really helpful and trully enhanced my skills. I come back to it often, even after some years of training.

I love it, love it, love it! Especially the lessons on drawing in perspective and elements of environment, like trees and glaciers. I also love the emphasis on having fun and leaving stress and perfectionism behind. Personally, I really struggle with those so I think it's super important. This course feels so empowering! Thank you!

The course is very well designed. Everything is easy to understand and follow. I have a better understanding of how to draw different environments after completing this course . Highly recommended 👌

Like being in a classroom with a teacher who really knows his stuff, and cares about investing his vast knowledge in his students. The artistic insights from long years of experience is apparent here.

I have tried to learn anatomy from books, including ones where they 'simplify' it, but I just couldn't get my head around it. This is the first time I've felt I understand what's going on. I highly recommend.

I've always avoided trying to draw people because I could never get them to not feel stiff and I didn't want to do college-level anatomy to learn all the muscles etc. This course isn't a substitute for that level of figure drawing. It was exactly what I needed, gentle steps with practice to slowly build characters in a variety of shapes. It never felt like too much to do at any time and by the end, I felt much more like I could do this! Thanks David!

I loved this course. It had so many helpful insights, both into the world of storytelling and character design, that I feel like I may have to watch it again! Can we PLEASE get an in-depth course by Randy Bishop. This man is a fountain of knowledge in his field!

I'm new to Procreate, but not to painting, and these lessons told me far more, and in a way I can understand, than reading 3 of the most popular books for teaching Procreate. Isabelle keeps things light and simple, even when explaining some of the more complex tools and I'm really impressed!!! The lighting trick was new to me also, so hats off to you on that one!!!

I love how the lessons were broken down into chunks with plenty of examples and reasons of what, why and how things are to be edited with demos. My favourite is the last lesson on how to bring it all together. The mission at the end of each lesson is also helpful to ensure that you build up the skills taught in that lesson. I marked this as for Intermediates but I think Beginners can also do this also. I wished that the PowerPoint or slides for this entire course were made available so that it could been downloaded as it really presented the course so well and can be easily followed. Great little course.

I really enjoyed the course. I learned a lot about the alcohol markers. Before the course I really didn't know how to use these markers and now I love using them. Thanks, Hannah.
