I really enjoyed this course! Even though I wouldn’t consider myself a complete beginner, I still learned a few techniques and concepts that I hadn’t picked up on my own. Everything was explained clearly, and the lessons were easy to follow without feeling overwhelming. I’ve always enjoyed drawing, but I never had any formal art education, so this course helped fill in some gaps in my fundamentals. It was fun, well-paced, and definitely worth the money….especially considering how much content was included. I’d recommend this course to beginners, but even artists with some experience may find a few helpful tips and techniques they didn’t know before. I’m excited to move on to more advanced courses!

I learned how to draw 3D shapes. I also learned how to draw the eye even better. Mark also inspired me with his words: 'Stress is on the buss!!!'. He also can share interesting and funny stories!!! His lessons are a MUST TRY!!!

I started this course wanting to get back into making art with my alcohol markers. I was pleasantly surprised by Hannah's unique eye-opening style and vision. By the end, I drawn not only one, but two illustrations in my sketchbook, both of which I'm pretty happy with. In today's day and age, it's easy to get overstimulated by the internet, our favorite artists and our own self-expectations. As a result, we don't spend enough time pondering in our steam of consciousness for original ideas, often feeling disconnected from our own memories and dreamscapes. Hannah helped me to let go of the pressure and feel like a kid again, listening to my gut feelings and using crazy colors, making art that is truly me, for myself. I recommend it to anyone struggling with art block, looking to reconnect with markers as a medium, or who just wishes to have a relaxing morning/evening by letting their imagination run wild.

It was a slight bummer that this class was all done on a system I don’t use but it was pretty easy to figure out how to use this process on the system I do, Procreate. It had easy to follow instructions and the vastly different images created was inspiring.

I am really enjoying learning the basics in a fun way. Mark makes learning the basics of shape, shading, and texture fun with his relaxed and funny personality and creative drawings. My favorite so far has been the marshmallows. I haven't picked up a pencil to draw in almost 8 years, so relearning the basics has been incredibly helpful and I can see my skills growing through each drawing. Also, Mark recommends keeping a notebook of your drawings, and encourages you to take notes on your drawings, which was wonderful advice. I love looking through my drawings, and having the ability to reference notes from earlier lessons. Definitely recommend his classes!

This is an excellent course. The instructor explains, step by step, how to draw animals in a clear and engaging way. They are also truly inspiring. I highly recommend this course to anyone who creates animation or comics, or simply wants to learn how to draw animals and gain a deeper understanding of their anatomy and structure.

I already had a basic knowledge of anatomy, but Rodgon shows several ways of seeing and doing, making it easier to have a more full understanding. There are also many “shortcuts” he shows in the lessons that I wasn’t aware of.

Getting an insight in the art process of Neimy who is one of my favorite artists was truly inspiring! All her explanations were clear and structured, the homeworks as well as the guides are helpful to learn and practice. Thank you very much for this awesome course, Neimy <3

Excellent course. Very good artist that truly knows how to draw animals, poses and expressions. One small detail is the sound does vary across some videos. Overall brilliant and highly recommended.

I follow Lucas on YouTube and i really like his style. Loved how he brought us through his process of creating a full illustration. It helped me a lot, especially since I struggle with environments and how to make them believable. The part about easter eggs and adding those little deatails was my favourite

Great instruction, David is engaging and knowledgeable. Gives good examples of lessons being taught but the best part is the feedback. The feedback is amazing and helps so much to keep a person on track. Highly recommend if you are just starting your journey!

I am not a beginner but this course helped me better understand questions I had about creating clip art and stickers. I enjoyed watching all the lessons but Module 5 was most helpful for me as It relates to vectors and how to use them. As well as using your artwork for profitable products.

I really did draw, I was surprised to haha. Thank you so much sir Mark. Your lessons are so inspirational and motivating. I didn't think I could really do this. It's not to late to start.

I appreciated that I was able to follow along for most of the lesson. Although I did not achieve my original goal of having the character move from one place to another, I was able to successfully animate the character walking in place. I adapted the instructor's techniques to fit my project as I worked through the lesson. I also reminded myself that the most important part is understanding the key concepts from each lesson. As long as I gain new skills and a better understanding of the animation process, I consider that meaningful progress.

Wow! I haven't heard before about Xiaofan. But now, I am her fan, she is a great artist as well as a great instructor, I am still kind of beginner going to intermediate, and her course has helped me a lot to understand light and colour. Definitely, I need to practice a lot, but the course is great to understand how to paint different types of light, understand better shadows, composition, body proportions and for me also patience. Highly recommended.

This course is fantastic. I’ve tried to learn from random YouTube tutorials to no avail. Everyone has a different approach and typically, I’ve seen lots of artists start with the head. The head is tricky, and I felt overwhelmed and couldn’t see the results I was looking for. This course helped me understand things from a different perspective and started with the rib cage as the first connection point. This was super helpful in my development. I also bought the anatomy book and will rewatch this course to recap any details I missed. The teacher was engaging and presented the material in an easy way to understand complex body parts.
