This course was great and informative for following the process from idea to finished character render. It did get a little slow in the middle because he colored each character-- but they are all the same really, just different skin or hair tones. That could have been sped up, instead of being 2hrs, as he wasn't doing anything new. It was the same process on every character. But, it's still informative to watch. Personally, I got the most out of the gesture drawing, rough sketch and clean-up. That was gold. The only thing I didn't like-- and had nothing to do with the artist-- was the AI voice dubbing. It kept cutting off sentences, confusing genders, and had weird sentence structure flows. It made some parts hard to follow, for what the point he was making or advice he was giving. I'd much rather have listened to the artist's actual voice and just read English captions.

I really just wanted to mindlessly draw to someone holding my hand and that's exactly what I got!! Though, for more inexperienced artists, please take notes and watch this many times, there is a lot of good information here :)

I thought that this course wouldn’t teach me much, as I have been doing digital art for a few years. But I loved learning Erika’s techniques, especially how she does her lines. This is perfect for a beginner, but even those who think they know a thing or two can benefit. While I did skip some of the videos, the ones I did watch taught me many things. Erika is a great teacher, I 100% would recommend this course.

Teacher is great at explaining, super engaging with the lesson and has a huge voice clarity. The knowledge provided is for adding dynamism to your character poses (slightly simplified explanation tho).

Great course and I think it will be the most useful for those who already know basics, but want to push their illustration skill to the next level. Definitely will implement what I learned here in my comics!

The teacher is clearly a creative person. While that creativity can sometimes feel overwhelmingly unique to the creator, these lessons were great jumping off points to find to explore my own styles. I didn't feel like I was learning 'Jadokar's style', just that I was being shown how to develop my own style. Really excellent!

Great personality from the instructor, I love to see when people love to show their real passion and share it with others, no pressure but a lot of inspiration and a very relaxed and fresh style because the details don´t matter and the focus is on the essential things, the basics. Would be very nice to see more content of this instructor.

I just LOVE his energy and you can really see how Passionate he is about drawing and how much he wants to help people. HE also has great resources and step by step guides. i highly recommend.

Every artist deserves a teacher like Rodgon. I have been struggling with anatomy for the past 3 years. This class made me realize that you don't have to follow the traditional method of anatomy drawing. Kudos to Rodgon Method now I am confident more confident in my skills than before.

Asia is a great teacher, the course is easy to understand and apply in practice, full of inspiration and a clear path to progress your drawing skills. This is my favorite out of all courses I've done so far

I wish I had him as an art teacher in High school! He is soo simple, and my drawing has improved so much! I have never been able to draw side profiles. After watching his explanations I con now draw them no issues!

This is a great course for beginner/intermediate students. Her method of teaching is very engaging and easy to follow along with. I feel like i have learned a lot already, even halfway through the course.

I was super inspired by this class, I love how friendly this class is to someone who didn't really understand alcohol markers... and I really love how she helped direct your creativity, show you how to bring it out.

Coming from acrylic painting, it has been baffling to me how to go from a coloured in sketch to art, and Erika demystified so much for me. The explanation and example of how to use layers masks and clipping masks, colouring lines, using layer modes for lighting effects… I feel like my digital creativity has been unlocked.

The teacher has very clear simplified guidelines how to draw human body. I think this course is in between figure and anatomy drawing. You don't learn how to draw every muscle but give you very good guidelines how to draw a person also in dynamic poses. The lessons are very good structured and teacher explains the things very clearly. Because the human body is so complex this course suited me very well and is very suitable for (absolute) beginners.

I came in with an early-intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and still learned a ton of tips and tricks about layers, blend modes, masks - and more importantly, how to use them to get great effects. I think this is the happiest I've been with a piece of art in a very long time. Thank you!
