I loved the way he explained, easy to understand. however I really would love to see more examples of art appreciation and explanation. probably add on some homeworks or activities would have been nice!

For a long time watched Rodgon on YouTube and learned so much already from him. This is a complete and direct overview all needed things needed to draw better. Teacher is fun and engaging. Really recomend it

Simone does a wonderful job in this course walking through each step of her process for creating a digital piece. Each section has information on each art principle that is thoroughly explained and demonstrated. Watching her course has helped me gain understanding for how I can best create a good workflow for my own digital pieces, as well as techniques for marrying traditional and digital art. Simone really inspires me to continue working on my art and applying concepts I've learned from her video, as well as looking and observing things in my day to day life and how to translate that into a piece of art.

Wow! I haven't heard before about Xiaofan. But now, I am her fan, she is a great artist as well as a great instructor, I am still kind of beginner going to intermediate, and her course has helped me a lot to understand light and colour. Definitely, I need to practice a lot, but the course is great to understand how to paint different types of light, understand better shadows, composition, body proportions and for me also patience. Highly recommended.

Even though I'm not a beginner at drawing, I've been in a really long drawing slump. I've been wanting to have a more stylized look on my illustrations, especially for animals. This course made me almost fill up my sketchbook with cute animal drawings. I think I will try to do this more often, search for a lot of animal photos, and start drawing. If you are stuck not knowing what to draw, I think this is a great option. The way Rogdon breaks down the anatomy of each animal is super interesting. Even if sometimes I didn't follow the shapes he does, it would help me find ways that could work for me and the references that I found. Honestly, I will keep doing some of these exercises and maybe rewatch the lessons if I ever don't remember how to break down a specific animal. Really good course.

This is a course I will continue to come back to!! After years of studying art, I've found that lighting and shading are concepts that very few instructors explore in real depth. I really appreciated Aveline's passion for the subject and the thoughtful way it was taught. Thank you -- I learned a lot!

I really enjoyed this course. Tony is a great instructor with lots of helpful advice on making your character designs so much better. I totally recommend this course for anyone looking to improve their character drawings.

I loved it! I have had already read about the camera movements and some theorie from the beginning, but here Benajmin shows a lot of examples on how to do ro not do it, he also applies those concepts on his storyboarding, which helped me to understand what I dd not understand before. All the process he shows was clearly and well explained. Great course!

Mark is an amazing instructor and so encouraging, that even sketches I was unsure of (the human eye) became approachable. He's always light-hearted and friendly, and it becomes more having fun versus learning. Cannot recommend more.

Love the short and direct to the point tutorials with many examples at a speed that can be followed comfortably. The short assignments were great. They really help to cement what has been taught.

This was the perfect follow up to the Beginners version of the course. Although I've been using Photoshop for a little while, Erika shows a lot of different adjustment and coloring techniques that I hadn't used before!

This is a fantastic course and really gave me a lot of great information to improve my figure drawing. And Rodgon is a brilliant teacher who goes into lots of detail and is very engaging and inspiring.

Very happy Jordan Rhodes has a class here. I follow his work on social and he has such a beautiful style. It's so helpful to see his process. I learned a lot - especially mistakes I have been making with gouache and what I should do instead. Very good tips on how to set up the painting and considerations for using the paint. Touched on color theory which is important to understand why it looks good. Now that I've watched it, I am going to try my hand at it too!
