LP Lucas

Based in Brazil, Lucas serves as brand ambassador for Wacom, Graphixly, CELSYS, and Ohuhu. Additionally, he also works as a freelance artist in the illustration and animation industry.

He studied Animation and VFX at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, developing a visual style that merges painterly digital illustration with the cartoon aesthetics. His inspiration comes from classic studios like UPA and Hanna-Barbera.

After graduating, he established a freelance practice in Brazil spanning illustration, animation, short-film direction, and music. Later on, he also co-founded Rocka Studios.

He began sharing his process on social media, creating weekly videos that reach millions of people. His goal is to teach about art and his own process while having fun!
