Finn Stüven

Finn spent his early years in the German countryside, where a fascination with games and movies led him to invent his own fantastical creatures. Recognizing that drawing was a skill that could be learned rather than a fixed talent, he committed himself to studying the fundamentals of art and building a practice from the ground up.

He now works as a professional artist and content creator, teaching the fundamentals he once had to learn on his own. He works primarily in traditional mediums, including fountain pen, fineliner, brush pen, and watercolor, though he moves freely across a wide range of other tools and media as well.

A lot of people know me for my ink sketches. But they don’t know that I love nearly every medium. For many years, I only drew in pencil. And over the last few years, I’ve created hundreds of digital paintings and drawings. I just want to create. You can do that in any environment with any tools. Drawing directly in ink is just a great way to quickly bring your ideas to life!
